The all-time great tennis player, Serena Williams states that tennis is 90% mental and a majority of the mental game is about being confident. This section is about helping you to boost your confidence. Events rarely go as planned on the court. You must be ready for any difficulties that may arise and when you are, you will have a high level of confidence. You also need to engage in positive self-talk and have positive images everyday on the court. To be confident, you must also engage in optimistic thinking. This module helps you learn all the essential skills to confidence.
